Private Equity Junior Analyst

• Perform industry and market research to support investment
  analysis and strategic decision-making
  
• Provide origination support to identify deal
  opportunities, including market mapping and initial desk-top diligence
  
• Work alongside senior analysts to prepare detailed
  reports, financial summaries and investment memorandums for clients
  
• Contribute to client presentations and meetings, providing
  insights and financial data to support discussions
  
• Track financial performance and market developments to
  ensure that clients have up-to-date, accurate information for their investment
  decisions
  
• Assist in the preparation and review of
  financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and company valuations
  
• Communicate
  findings clearly to senior team members and clients, ensuring that complex
  financial concepts are easily understood
  

Requirements

Candidates should be in their final year of study towards a
degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investment Management, or a related
field, from a recognised institution (or have graduated within the last 1-2
years).

In addition, candidates should demonstrate:

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think
  critically in a commercial and investment context
  
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work
  efficiently under tight deadlines
  
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to
  present information clearly, in both written and verbal forms
  
• A team-oriented approach and proactive attitude, with a
  willingness to learn and take on new challenges
