Process Engineer

WE’RE HIRING: PROCESS ENGINEER – BERLIN (SHIFT WORK)

Our client, a leading player in the automotive manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join their Process Engineering Department in Berlin. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can ensure customer requirements are met while driving continuous improvement in both product quality and manufacturing processes.

• Driving product quality improvements to meet customer standards.
  

• Identifying and implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency.
  

• Ensuring all processes comply with the Quality Management System (QMS).
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of quality systems and concepts.
  

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and customer product requirements.
  

• Proficiency in SPC, FMK, and work measurement techniques.
  

• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Ability to analyse data and make sound decisions.
  

• Proven customer relationship management skills.
  

• Solid computer literacy.
  

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• NQF Level 6 – National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  

• TQM Certificate (Total Quality Management).
  

• At least 2 years’ quality experience within the automotive sector.
  

• At least 5 years’ manufacturing experience in the automotive environment.
  

• Minimum 2 years’ exposure to SPC/FMK.
  

• Toolmaking experience will be an advantage.
