We are looking for a detail\-driven Procurement & Stores Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, supplier negotiations, and full inventory control in a high\-end lodge environment.

This role supports all departments — including kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance & finance — ensuring smooth operations, cost control, and compliance with HACCP and South African regulations.

Strong supplier negotiation skills

Stock control & FIFO/FEFO experience

Budget monitoring & reporting

Procurement systems knowledge

Luxury lodge experience preferred

Fast\-paced, high\-volume operation including fine dining & events \- organisation and precision are key.
