We're looking for a Procurement Supervisor to lead our sourcing and purchasing operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness at every turn.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead & Supervise: Manage the daily workflow of the procurement team and ensure smooth purchasing operations.

• Source & Negotiate: Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate top-value contracts and terms.

• Approve & Optimize: Review purchase orders, monitor stock levels, and streamline procurement to match budget and operational targets.

• Report & Analyse: Track vendor performance, analyse market trends, and generate insightful procurement reports and savings forecasts.

• Ensure Compliance: Uphold ethical and procedural standards across all procurement activities, coordinating closely with internal departments like finance, logistics, and operations.

What You Bring:

• Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business Administration

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, including 1+ year in a supervisory role

• Strong skills in negotiation, vendor management, and ERP/procurement software

• An analytical mindset with excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments
