Product Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of core product areas within HyperDev. You’ll work directly with the co-founders (technical + commercial) to shape product direction, prioritise what gets built, and ensure we’re solving real user problems.

This is a hands-on role in a small, product-heavy team. You’ll be expected to move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information, and work closely with engineers to ship meaningful improvements fast.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the product roadmap across key areas of the HyperDev platform
• Work closely with engineers to define, scope, and ship features
• Translate user needs, feedback, and data into clear product decisions
• Prioritise ruthlessly, balancing speed, impact, and technical constraints
• Write clear product specs, tickets, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with commercial and growth teams to align product with business goals
• Analyse product performance and iterate based on real usage
• Improve internal product processes as we scale

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years as an individual contributor product manager with a track record of shipping impactful products.
• Have technical proficiency, ideally including hands-on coding or deep technical familiarity.
• Demonstrated experience with product discovery and agile delivery.
• Solid understanding of platform architecture, API integrations, and SaaS ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical groups.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to drive progress proactively in ambiguous environments.
  

Extra points if you:

• Startup experience or zero-to-one product building.
• Experience in EdTech, ecommerce or developer-focused products.
• A University degree is beneficial but not required.
