Product Registration and Technical Label Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Registration and Technical Label Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in product registration and ensuring regulatory compliance by creating accurate technical labels for our products. If you have a strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring products meet the necessary standards and regulations, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• 
  Assist in the preparation and submission of registrations and notifications to regulatory authorities


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely registration information


• Update technical labels, ensuring all required information is accurate and present


• Maintain accurate records of all registration and labelling activities


• Ad hoc or other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 
  National Senior Certificate, and any other relevant National Diploma


• Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously


• Proficiency in using software applications for label creation


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders


• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team


• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)


• High proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
