Production Clerk Temp (NetSuite / Export Documentation / ERP Systems / Stock / FMCG)

• Input new information into NetSuite ERP system.
  
• Receives packing instruction and allocated stock from production office.
  
• Ensure Allocated stock identification ( by pulling stock from cold room to production area to tip)
  
• In charge of the packing lines and clears and returns stock when done packing.
  
• Ensuring stock to be placed back to Coldroom after packing.
  
• Implementing packing instruction and stock allocation from production office.
  
• Ensure tipped stock are counted at the end of the line.
  
• Registration and capturing the counted stock to create pallet IDs.
  
• Print and place ID and box end labels on captured pallets.
  
• Produce reports.
  
• Retrieve data as requested, and ensure that it is in a suitable format to process and present.
  
• Document, organize and store relevant documents.
  
• Ensure efficient capturing of export packed
  pallets.
