Production Supervisor (Agriculture & FMCG)

·         Oversee
and coordinate daily production operations within assigned plant sections

·         Ensure
compliance with food safety regulations and production quality standards

·         Execute
production planning in line with operational requirements

·         Supervise
and manage production staff, including shift planning and staffing levels

·         Maintain
discipline and support sound labour relations practice

·         Monitor
and enforce housekeeping and sanitation standards across production lines

·         Facilitate
on -the -job training and upskilling of production staff

·         Collaborate
with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) to ensure
seamless production flow

Requirements

·         Grade 12

·         A
relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)

·         Minimum
of 3 years’ supervisory experience in the food, citrus, dairy, or packhouse
industry

·         Proficiency
in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·         Valid
driver’s license and own reliable transport

·         Willingness
to work shifts and extended hours as required

·         Residing
in or near the Port Elizabeth / Uitenhage area
