ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Construction Project Manager (PrCPM) to join our team and oversee the successful completion of our construction projects. As a PrCPM, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• PRCPM for a new small to medium multi display professional practice in house to large property portfolio.
• All work stages roles and responsibilities associated with a Principal  from inception to completion & FN handover. 
• Multi discipline project management with value and programme management.
• Principal agency and project management with value and programme management. 
• Tenant needs coordination and project scope of work value engineering.

QUALIFICATIONS

• SACPCMP accredited Built Environment qualification (Degree / NHDip)
• Valid SACPCMP Registration as PRCPM
• PRCPM position held in a private SA firm for minimum 5 years.
• Principle agency and mixed-use project management. 
• Commercial and Industrial use greenfield. refurbishment & construction projects. 

SKILLS

• Construction methodologies and procedures.
• Multi disciplinary professional & minor works contract administration as principal agent.
• Construction Industry knowledge experience and mentorship abilities.
• JBCC practical & minor works contact administration as a principal agent. 
• Programme apps.
