Project Administrator

• Create learner
  information spreadsheet to upload learners onto the learner portal
  
• Send learner
  information spreadsheet to ETQA co -Ordinator for enrolment
  
• Assist
  learners with their passwords and logins
  
• Send welcome
  letters to the learners with a step by step process of how to log into the
  portal
  
• Scheduling
  classes on MS teams and uploading the link to the portal.
  
• Ensuring
  that learner material is uploaded onto portal –2 weeks before the time. Report
  to Project Manager if not done.
  
• Check daily
  attendance registers and following up with absent learners. Report to Project
  Manager
  
• Verify all
  learner documentation
  
• Ensure all
  learner documents are uploaded onto the portal. Follow up on all outstanding
  personal documentation, with the learners and report to Project Manager
  
• Following up
  with absent learners and sending detailed attendance register to client,
  ccing Project Manager
  
• Ensure
  learner submission on due dates, following up with outstanding submissions and
  report issues to Project Manager
  
• Assist with
  learner and portal queries
  
• Checking
  training evaluation forms and reporting any issues to Project Manager
  
• Follow up
  facilitation, assessment reports and invoices with contractors. Submit to
  Project Manager
  
• Uploading
  submission dates for PoE’s, attendance on the portal, ticking progress on the
  portal
  
• Printing
  hard copies of learning material / attendance registers if required
  
• Downloading
  of learner documentation for prep for IM
  
• Downloading
  achievement reports –for status meetings
