Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to support project execution by managing schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring tasks are completed on time. This role requires strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills, particularly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop and maintain project schedules, roadmaps, and work plans.
  




• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  




• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clear communication.
  




• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, escalating issues as needed.
  




• Assist in preparing project reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  




• Ensure project documentation, test plans, and user guides are up to date.
  




• Support the implementation of Agile/Scrum practices and sprint planning.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  




• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination.
  




• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
  




• Proficiency in  project management tools (ZohoProject, ZohoSprint, Jira, Asana, MS Project).
  




• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC).
  




• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
