We are on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Project Leader within Transmission Programme Management to co-ordinate and manage the implementation of Mobile Transmission Engineering strategic projects through the complete project lifecycle as well as the delivery of project milestones (systems, products, and services) within defined time frames, specifications, quality and available resources. Your responsibilities will include: Manage the Transmission Core and Access capacity rollout programme including special and coverage projects for all regions to ensure regional and Transmission KPIs are achieved. Develop, maintain, and distribute standard project management deliverables for the successful rollout of sites, including implementation plan, project schedule, project budget and variances, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies. Manage budget, investment and cashflow efficiently and increase rollout effectiveness. Accountable for weekly reporting, on-time network capacity delivery, product quality. Vendor management of installation contractors and equipment suppliers to ensure governance and rollout plans are met and aligned to the KPIs. Inventory management through JIT approach and ensuring MRNs are raised and issued from the warehouse for multiple site deployment. The ideal candidate for this role will have: Electrical Engineering Degree, National Diploma qualification or equivalent in Engineering. Project Management certification (Prince2 or Agile) essential. 3 - 5 Years' experience of Transmission knowledge and projects (Core, Microwave, Fibre, Leased Lines and Satellite) or Radio Access Network 2G, 3G, LTE and 5G. 3 - 5 Years' relevant experience in Telecommunications. Budget Management experience. ESP, TX Man, Smartsheet and SAP experience essential.
