• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five employees, ensuring high performance and accountability.
  
• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
  
• Analyse business and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  
• Develop meaningful reports and dashboards that support strategic decision -making.
  
• Translate business strategy into practical, measurable workstreams with clear ownership and deliverables.
  
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.
  
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  
• Track project outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure continuous improvement by closing the project lifecycle.
  
• Drive commercial improvements through data -driven decision -making and process optimisation.
  
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, successfully managing projects from planning through implementation and completion.
  
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, including extensive experience working with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  
• Strong analytical ability with the capability to convert complex data into actionable commercial insights and measurable improvement initiatives.
  
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic business objectives into structured, people -focused workstreams with measurable outcomes.
  
• Proven leadership and people management experience, including managing direct reports and influencing stakeholders across multiple departments and seniority levels.
  
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities that drive business performance and profitability.
  
• Excellent organisational, planning, and problem -solving skills.
  
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
