Project Manager (Data Migration)

Requirements

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the Data Migration Project.
  
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
  
• Coordinate project resources and activities across multiple workstreams.
  
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budget.
  
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
  
• Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams, vendors, and management.
  
• Conduct project meetings, status updates, and steering committee reporting.
  
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and project management best practices.
  
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and change control processes.
  
• Ensure successful coordination of data migration planning, execution, testing, and deployment activities.
  
• Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
  
• Support stakeholder engagement and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• National Diploma in Project Management, Information Technology or Information Systems or Other ICT-related qualification.
  
• Certificate in Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner/Foundation or Equivalent Project Management certification.
  
• Agile Certification advantageous.
  
• Scrum Certification advantageous.
  

• 5+ Years of Project Management.
  
• 3+ Years experience managing Data Migration projects.
