Job Overview

The Project Support Specialist will play a critical role in driving the success of consulting and implementation projects by supporting cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering project outcomes. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and process-oriented, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide structured support across multiple client projects from initiation to close-out
  • Develop and maintain accurate project documentation and filing systems
  • Conduct data collection, cleaning, and basic analysis to inform project decision-making
  • Prepare and present regular project status updates and performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Assist in creating project templates, dashboards, and documentation frameworks
  • Participate in internal improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a project support, project coordination, or consulting environment
  • Proficient in Excel and data tools (Power BI or similar preferred)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or MS Project)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, resourceful, and organized

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a consulting firm, non-profit, or public sector projects
  • Exposure to risk, compliance, or legal coordination
  • Experience in creating SOPs or business process documents
