Property Administrator

Your responsibilities will include coordinating tenant inquiries, managing property listings, and maintaining accurate records to support the property management team. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries regarding properties and tenants.
• Schedule and coordinate property viewings and inspections.
• Update and maintain property management systems.
• Assist in facilitating communication between landlords and tenants.
• Prepare and process necessary documentation related to tenancies.
• Monitor and manage maintenance requests efficiently.
• Support financial administration including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.

• Previous experience in property management or related administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
