Job Description - Property Management Coordinator

MSA Outsourcing Solutions - UK is seeking a skilled and proactive Property Management Coordinator to support one of our UK based client. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the property management department. The ideal candidate will coordinate between property managers, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient property operations and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day property management activities, including tenant queries, lease administration, and maintenance requests.
  • Act as a liaison between property managers, tenants, landlords, and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of all property management activities and documentation.
  • Support scheduling of property inspections, viewings, and contractor visits.
  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and financial reconciliation.
  • Monitor and track maintenance and repair work progress.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence related to property management operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property management regulations and company policies.
  • Provide general administrative support as required to the property management team.
  • Proven experience in property management support or administration.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of property management regulations is an advantage.
