The Property Manager is responsible for the overall
operational management of one or more student accommodation residences,
ensuring exceptional service delivery, a positive resident experience,
operational efficiency and compliance with company standards. The Property Manager is accountable for the daily operation
of the residence, the leadership of on-site operational teams, operational
budgeting, customer service, operational readiness and the consistent delivery
of a safe, welcoming and professionally managed living environment. The Property Manager works closely with the Facility Manager
to ensure maintenance requirements, statutory compliance and technical services
support operational excellence while maintaining clear accountability between
operations and facilities management.
