Public Relations Officer

A well established law firm is urgently recruiting for a dynamic, resourceful and solution orientated Public Relations Officer to join their team in Tygervalley, Cape Town

Suitable candidate would be expected to work comfortably under pressure with targets to meet (this is a sales-driven position) in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional quality work.

Minimum Requirements:

• Min. 3years experience as a PRO in Conveyancing
• Need to have a marketing experience as this is a sales driven position
• Must have experience working for an attorney firm
• Need to have own transport

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and business (this is a sales-driven position)
• Meeting agreed-upon monthly targets
• Building relations with potential clients (mostly Estate Agents) meet and greet
• Retaining existing clients (mostly Estate Agents) meet and greet, attending to their business needs at all times
• Organise client events
• Attend client functions
• Have a great relationship with the Conveyancing Secretaries (e.g. meet with Transfer Secretaries to discuss and to sort our any problematic cases)
• Keep the Directors informed via email or personally once resolved
• Ensure that weekly and monthly client visitation appointments are set
• Ensure that all set appointments have been attended to on time
• Attend to set and agreed upon performance meetings with the Director

• Ensure that training is provided to our clients where necessary

Skills:

• Building positive Relationships with existing and new Clients
• Must be driven and result orientated
• Must be able to work independently
• Self-starter
• Very motivated
• Good problem-solving skills, communication skills and must have had previous experience in Acquiring Clients, handling of Clients and Client Services
