Role Overview
Our client is seeking a detail oriented and proactive QA Analyst to support the delivery of high quality, production ready financial systems. This role will play a key part in ensuring platform stability, functional accuracy, and an excellent user experience across our payment products.
The QA Analyst will be responsible for both manual and automated testing, with strong ownership of regression testing, test case creation, and edge case management, working closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Requirements
3–5 years’ experience as a QA Analyst, Software Tester, or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience as a QA Analyst or Software Tester within a technology driven environment
Strong hands on experience with manual testing and test case design
Experience with test automation, including maintaining or contributing to automated test suites
Solid understanding of regression testing strategies and test coverage management
Ability to design and manage edge cases, boundary conditions, and negative testing scenarios
Experience testing APIs, backend services, and data driven systems
Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail, similar)
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Experience testing fintech, payments, or financial services platforms
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing within deployment workflows
Understanding of security, performance, or compliance related testing in regulated environments
Responsibilities
Execute and maintain manual and automated test cases across web, API, and backend systems
Own regression testing cycles, ensuring existing functionality remains stable across releases
Create, manage, and continuously improve test cases, test plans, and test scenarios, including edge cases and negative testing
Perform functional, integration, system, and exploratory testing throughout the SDLC
Identify, log, and track defects clearly, working collaboratively with developers through to resolution
Validate fixes and conduct regression testing prior to releases
Contribute to and maintain test automation suites and QA best practices
Review product requirements and user stories to ensure clarity, coverage, and testability
Provide quality sign off and risk assessments ahead of production releases
Support ongoing improvements to QA processes, tools, and documentation
