Quality Assurance Consultant

Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and protecting customers from mis-selling?

We’re looking for a detail-driven QA Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in upholding ethical sales practices within a fast-paced BPO environment.

In this role, you won’t just audit calls, you’ll uncover risks, influence behaviour, and help drive a strong compliance culture across the business.

Job Type : 6 month Fixed term contract

What you'll own :

• Monitor and audit sales calls to ensure compliance with scripts, policies, and regulations
• Identify and escalate mis-selling, misrepresentation, and non-compliant activity
• Track agent performance through compliance scorecards and trend analysis
• Produce weekly and monthly reports highlighting risks and key insights
• Analyse data to recommend corrective actions and process improvements
• Support fraud investigations and partner with Risk teams on emerging threats
• Collaborate with Training and Operations to embed compliance best practices

• Matric
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience as a quality assessor within a call centre environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with QA tools, call monitoring systems, and CRM platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and risks
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
• Clear criminal record
