Quality Control Technician

Work model: On Site Maintain inspection reports SAP and LIMS Perform inspections across all stages of production (Raw Materials, Finished Goods) as per set cycle time Must have good knowledge of basic sensory techniques and experience Provide Quality Control support for Nonconformance (opening, investigation and close off) Ensure compliance and maintain Environmental Monitoring Plan program Maintain 5S in the laboratory Maintain calibration of quality control equipment as per Quality Control procedure, ensuring all instruments and equipment are kept clean Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information Knowledge of topics related to food safety: GMP, FSSC 22000, Food Defense, Food Safety Can work well under pressure Must be good with time management
