Are you passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and contributing to the future of AI-driven audit excellence? We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our growing team in Cape Town or Stellenbosch, working closely with colleagues across South Africa and the Netherlands.

As a Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in upholding and elevating the standard of work delivered by our South African team members. You will be responsible for performing quality reviews, monitoring performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping shape our contribution to advancements in AI-supported audit methodologies.

In addition to managing a client portfolio, you will work within our already established Quality Team, collaborating with experienced professionals who are committed to delivering excellence. For this reason, we are looking for someone who is not only highly technically proficient but also a strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate:

• Is excited about contributing to AI advancements within the audit profession.

• Is a strong team player who enjoys working within an established quality-focused environment.

• Brings high technical knowledge and strong professional judgement.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 4 years’ post-articles experience as an Audit Manager or similar role.

Added advantage:

• You are already registered as a Registered Auditor with IRBA or you meet the eligibility criteria to register as an RA.
