Your Mission as a R&D Test Engineer

As our R&D Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving product innovation through the development and execution of testing programs, analysis of technical data, and generation of valuable research outcomes. Working closely with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams, you will help differentiate our products through technical expertise, continuous improvement, and world-class customer support.

What you'll do

• Lead the efficient operation of the RGU Application Centre and laboratory testing activities.


• Develop, implement, and optimise testing methodologies to support product innovation and validation.


• Manage testing programmes, laboratory equipment, and resources to ensure safe, accurate, and timely execution.


• Analyse and interpret technical, geotechnical, and material performance data to generate actionable insights.


• Produce high-quality technical reports, product specifications, and research documentation.


• Support product development through CAD modelling, mechanical design, testing, and verification activities.


• Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver technical solutions that strengthen product differentiation and customer value.


• Drive technical excellence by expanding product knowledge, providing expert technical support to customers, and promoting continuous improvement across the business

What you'll bring

• Minimum B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.


• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or Mechatronics Engineering will be advantageous.


• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD modelling.


• Knowledge of coding principles, preferably LabVIEW and/or VBA for Excel.


• Understanding of research methodologies and quantitative data analysis.


• Experience analysing material properties and technical test results.


• Ability to generate technical reports and technical documentation.


• Experience managing testing projects and laboratory programs would be advantageous.


• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
