• Grow Percentage of Connected and Reporting Assets by Industry vertical

• Manage connectivity health by industry vertical

• Implement, train, and deploy Day 1 Metrics across Southern Africa

• Maintain Subscription level accuracy

• Manage Digital customer experience for Connectivity

• Prepare materials, reports, correspondence

• Manage financial statement and billing processes

• Create and maintain customer data

• Manage all customer Data consent

• Implement all processes and train regions in Southern Africa

• Accurate monthly billing and reporting

• Deliver on DEP Connectivity Metrics.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12

• >3 years Digital Solutions experience or similar

• Experience in creating dashboards

• Understanding of Cat Digital Solutions and systems including SIMSi, DSN, TSC, etc. is an

advantage

• Know how to obtain information using Dealer.Cat.com, My.Cat.com, Vision Link, Cat App etc. is an

advantage

• Ability to articulate the value of all Digital Solutions.
