• Implementation and maintenance of equipment management processes and associated risk for Barloworld Equipment and our customers.

• Effective management of safety, health, environment and quality risks.
• Managing of all the planning departments’ outputs.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• Matric and B Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) Diploma/Degree will be advantageous
• Business development skills and knowledge
• Sound knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act
• Sound business and financial acumen
• Sound knowledge of safety rules and regulations
• Computer literate (MS Office) CRM, SAP will be an advantage
• Understanding of the internal functions of the business
• Mechanical reasoning, knowledge of earthmoving equipment and industry
• Customer responsiveness, influence and negotiating skills
• Results orientated, available to travel as and when required
• Understanding of processes /procedures of Maintenance owned contract sites
• Understanding of OEM Warranty processes
