We are looking for a friendly and reliable Entry-Level Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our automotive bodyshop. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
Schedule appointments and update the booking system
Handle basic administrative duties (filing, emails, data entry)
Liaise with workshop staff to ensure customer updates

Nice to Have:
Previous reception/admin experience (advantageous but not essential)

Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
