Receptionist

Our client, part of a globally recognised brand, is looking for a polished, service-driven receptionist to join their team on a full-time basis.

This is a frontline role in a premium hospitality environment. We're looking for someone who understands the pace, standards, and expectations of 4- or 5-star operations — and thrives in it.

What Youll Own

• Deliver a seamless, professional check-in and check-out experience
• Manage reservations and ensure booking accuracy
• Respond to guest enquiries and special requests promptly and effectively
• Provide informed recommendations about the hotel and the surrounding Cape Town area
• Maintain a consistently organised, presentable front desk environment
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years' experience in 4- or 5-star hospitality
• Strong communication skills with a confident, professional presence
• Proven ability to manage multiple guest interactions under pressure
• Working knowledge of hotel reservation systems
• Solid understanding of customer service excellence in a luxury setting
• Local area knowledge (advantageous)
