Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and guest\-focused Receptionist for a luxury country house in KwaZulu\-Natal. This role is ideal for a polished front\-of\-house professional who excels in delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining smooth reception operations.

Key Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
⢠Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment
⢠Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
⢠Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
⢠Professional appearance and demeanor

Key Responsibilities
⢠Welcoming and assisting guests on arrival and departure
⢠Managing reservations, check\-ins and check\-outs
⢠Handling guest enquiries via telephone, email or in person
⢠Maintaining accurate guest records and reservation systems
⢠Liaising with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
⢠Providing information about the property, services, and local attractions
⢠Addressing guest requests, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
