Receptionist

• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and staff professionally
  
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly
  
• Manage the reception area and maintain a neat and organized workspace
  
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  
• Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data capturing
  
• Maintain office supplies and stationery inventory
  
• Coordinate courier services when required
  
• Handle customer queries and escalate issues where necessary
  
• Support HR and management with ad -hoc administrative tasks
  

Requirements

• Grade
  12 / Matric certificate
  
• Proven
  experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Administrator, or similar role
  
• Experience
  within the telecommunications industry will be advantageous
  
• Proficient
  in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  
• Excellent
  verbal and written communication skills
  
• Professional
  appearance and telephone etiquette
  
• Strong
  organizational and multitasking abilities
