Receptionist

• Front Desk: Lead guest relations, check-ins, and daily reception duties.
  
• Reservations: Manage bookings (knowledge of SEMPER system is a distinct advantage).
  
• Operations: Oversee stock control and supervise housekeeping standards.
  
• Management Support: Assist with staff supervision and general daily operations.
  
• F&B Support: Provide hands-on assistance with kitchen management and guest dining interaction.
  

Requirements

• Experience: Proven general lodge experience across the operational areas listed above.
  
• Language: 100% fluency in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
  
• Licence: Valid driver’s licence is essential (own transport is highly recommended due to the remote location).
  
• Attributes: A team player possessing strong organisational skills and a good sense of humour.
