Receptionist

Receptionist required for a new beauty franchise store in Olympus, Pretoria East.

• Responsibilities*
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
• Manage booking system for therapist
• Manage email, phone and Whatsapp communication with clients
• Ensure reception area and store is tidy and presentable
• Basic stock control of retail and consumables in store
• Maintain store security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Order store retail, consumable and office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule appointments
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
• Minimum 2 years work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role working with a booking system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Outlook - non negotiable.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• Must have Matric and min. NQF5 or one year post matric qualification
• Live in or around Pretoria and can reliably commute to Pretoria East
• Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays
