Job Description - Receptionist - Advanced Skincare Clinic



About Our Client:
We are partnering with a highly regarded and exclusive medically advanced skincare clinic, located in De Waterkant, Cape Town. This clinic is renowned for offering top -tier skincare treatments, utilizing the latest medical -grade technologies, and delivering exceptional results to their clients. As a small, tight -knit team, they are looking for a skilled and professional Receptionist to help maintain their high standards of service and smooth clinic operations.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Receptionist to join our client’s team. In this pivotal role, the candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling bookings, coordinating with sales representatives, and assisting with stock control. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a skincare or salon environment, and a passion for customer service. .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering an exceptional welcome and ensuring a professional, comfortable experience throughout their visit.
  • Appointments & Bookings: Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling to ensure an efficient flow of clients.
  • Administrative Duties: Answer phone calls, emails, and maintain accurate records of all appointments and client data.
  • Liaising with Sales Representatives: Coordinate and meet with sales reps as necessary to discuss stock, new products, and clinic promotions.
  • Stock Control Assistance: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, ensuring that the clinic is always well -stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Clinic Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area, ensuring the clinic remains a welcoming environment for all clients.


Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist in a skincare, spa, or salon environment is essential.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage appointments, client queries, and stock levels efficiently.
  • Team -Oriented: Able to work well within a small team and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing bookings and client information.
  • Tech -Savvy: Proficient in using booking software and general computer programs
