Job Description - RECEPTIONIST / FRONT DESK - HOTEL

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations including correspondence, and data entry
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing excellent customer service
Maintain accurate records of documentation
Assist with payroll, client invoicing & creditor, office petty cash and financial reporting.
Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other departments to ensure operational integrity for office administration.
