Luxury Safari Lodge -Nambiti Private Game Reserve

A luxury safari lodge in Nambiti Private Game Reserve is seeking a professional,guest -focused FOH Anchor to manage reception and guest relations. This is a **hands -on role** suited to someone who thrives on guest interaction, lodge coordination, and supporting hosting duties.

Responsibilities

• Guest check -ins, check -outs, and front office coordination

• Deliver warm, professional guest service at all times

• Assist with hosting guest meals, activities, and events when required

• Manage guest communication, schedules, and daily lodge flow

• Handle guest records, billing support, and admin tasks

• Liaise with housekeeping, kitchen, and guiding teams

• Uphold luxury lodge service standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury lodge or high -end hospitality environment

• Strong computer skills (MS Office & Outlook)

• Confident, guest -facing personality with excellent people skills

• Experience with hospitality or reservations software – **essential**

• Valid driver’s license and own transport

• Opera or Semper experience advantageous

Benefits

• R8,000 – R10,000 per month (DOE)

• Live -in accommodation

• 3 weeks on / 1 week off
