Digital talent across South Africa.

Position: IT Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT
& Technical) 

Location: Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu -Natal (Full -time,
on -site) 

Package: Competitive base + **uncapped commission** (Top
performers earn well into six figures)

Key Responsibilities & Targets

- Full recruitment cycle for IT roles (Developers, Network
Engineers, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Support, Project Managers, etc.)

- Proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, cold calling, portals and
networking

- Screening, interviewing and closing candidates

- Building strong talent pipelines

- Meeting/exceeding monthly placement and revenue targets

Minimum Requirements

- Minimum 2 years recruitment/ external sales experience/
telesales (IT/Technical recruitment is a strong advantage)

- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets

- Excellent communication and closing skills

- Based in Pietermaritzburg or willing to relocate
immediately

- Valid driver’s licence (advantage)
