Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the recruitment manager to understand client needs and job requirements.
• Source and engage with candidates across various platforms (job boards, social media, networking events).
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications.
• Build and maintain relationships with top candidates in your chosen field.
• Support the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring smooth communication with clients and candidates.

What Were Looking For:

• Passion in the following industries: Construction, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Technology.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

"This will start as a 3 month contract and is only open to candidates based in East London. Candidates who successfully navigate the training program and are interested in pursing a career in recruitment may be offered full time employment at Level Up.
