Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support their recruitment operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in administration who is looking to develop or grow within the recruitment industry. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities by handling CV formatting, interview coordination, and database management.
Format and update candidate CVs to align with company standards
Post job adverts across various online platforms and job boards
Accurately input and maintain candidate records in our CRM system
Schedule interviews and send calendar invites to candidates and hiring managers
Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, organising files, and handling documentation
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written English and clear communication abilities
Proven experience in administrative tasks (recruitment or CRM experience is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and professional email communication
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
