Recruitment Advisor

As a Recruitment Advisor in the Compliance team, you’ll play a key role in guiding candidates through the compliance process. UK Customer Service, and Document Verification experience is essential – you will get On the Job training. This is more than just a job, it’s a chance to develop valuable skills while helping others reach their potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Document Verification: Review, analyse, and verify important candidate documents, keeping compliance standards high.


• Candidate Support: Communicate with candidates directly, explaining compliance needs in a clear and friendly way.


• Problem Solving: Troubleshooting an issues that arise, ensuring candidates stay on track.


• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team where everyone’s effort counts, and success is celebrated.
