Recruitment Candidate Administrator

• Direct Mentorship: Work closely with our Directors and key team members.
  
• Genuine Upskilling: We provide hands -on training in every aspect of internal recruitment and talent acquisition.
  
• Growth Path: This role is specifically designed to scale in responsibility as you master our unique internal processes.
  

• Source and reach out to top talent via LinkedIn and various job boards.
  
• Manage high -volume candidate correspondence and screening calls.
  
• Coordinate interviews and lead candidate preparation sessions.
  
• Ensure our data and recruitment metrics are accurate and up to date.
  

• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  
• A "workhorse" mentality - you are proactive, dedicated, and handle high volumes with ease.
  
• Must be tech savvy and know your way around a computer.
• A collaborative spirit - you fit right into a supportive team environment.
  
• Own transport is essential (we are in the Southern Suburbs, but off the main public transport routes).
