As A Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:

• Thrive in a high-performance sale culture (competitive environment)
• Generate new business through self-generated,40- 50 calls per day.
• Be a hunter.
• Grow and maintain client relationships. (bring new business)
• Achieve sales targets. (You would need to provide a proof of billings from a similar sales/external recruitment role)
• Understand your niche and attract the best candidates in your industry.
• Full 360 recruitment cycle (business and candidate development)

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification (related to business) with good academics.
• Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling
• A track record of achievements (work, sports, academic achievements)
• An ambition to be the best version of yourself.
• Have your own vehicle
