Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive market research and talent mapping across specialised UK industries.
• Build and manage targeted talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with UK-based consultants to develop high-quality shortlists for executive search and retained mandates.
• Handle full-cycle recruitment: client acquisition, role briefing, sourcing, candidate management, and offer negotiation.
• Nurture relationships with both clients and candidates, offering a consultative and professional recruitment experience.
• Achieve and exceed billing targets in a metrics-driven agency environment.
• Maintain compliance with UK recruitment standards (e.g., GDPR, referencing protocols).
• Provide ongoing market insights and support account development across key sectors.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3–4 years' experience in a UK or US recruitment agency, with both research and 360 consulting exposure.
• Demonstrated success in high-value, niche sectors such as Rec2Rec, finance, tech, legal, or executive search.
• Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and candidate CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for UK client and candidate engagement.
• Proven track record of billing success (please include performance metrics in your application).
• Familiarity with UK recruitment compliance practices.
• Must have access to a reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet remote working setup.
