Refregaration Administrator

Red Ember Recruitment is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Refrigeration
Administrator to join our client’s team in Port Elizabeth. The successful
candidate will provide essential administrative support to technicians and
engineers, ensuring the accurate closure of job packs and delivering
high-quality service to clients in line with agreed SLAs.

• Provide efficient administrative
  support to refrigeration technicians and engineers
  
• Accurately capture job card data
  and update the company's system
  
• Plan technician routes
  efficiently to minimize travel time and cost
  
• Dispatch technicians within
  service level timeframes
  
• Prepare and send repair quotes to
  clients
  
• Establish and maintain
  professional relationships with customers and suppliers
  
• Ensure timely closure of weekly
  and monthly job packs on the internal system
  
• Resolve customer queries
  effectively and professionally
  
• Capture and manage stock data on
  internal databases
  

Requirements

• Matric
  certificate with a relevant administrative or technical qualification
  
• At
  least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, ideally in a technical or
  client service environment
  
• Computer-literate
  with intermediate proficiency in MS Office
  
• Prior
  experience using job management databases is an advantage
