Regional IT Program & Project Manager

Were looking for an experienced IT Program & Project Manager to oversee the rollout and improvement of IT systems across South Africa, Nigeria, and Uganda for our client. The role involves managing large-scale projects, keeping budgets on track, and ensuring systems are delivered on time and used effectively.

Youll work closely with local teams, guide project managers, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external technology partners. A key part of the role is supporting change management so that new systems are adopted smoothly across the business.

What you need to bring:

• A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Project/Program Management

• At least 3 years solid IT project management experience and 4-5 years leading teams

• Strong background in managing ERP, CRM, or enterprise-wide system rollouts

• PMP, Prince2, PgMP, or similar certification

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and manage risks

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Willingness to travel across Africa (around 50%)

• Valid current passport
