Job Description

Scope of Role:

Workingwithin the regional operations team and to manage aportfolio of projects that delivers on solutions for utilityclients from inception through to final acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensurealignment between the business unit objectives and theregional operations Team · Effectively deploy integrated risk management,governance and compliance frameworks
· Manage team or teams in areas of responsibility indelivery against outcomes
· Demonstrate leadership behaviour through personalinvolvement, commitment, and dedication in support oforganisational values
· Compile reports that track progress and guidebusiness to make informed decisions.
· Develop tactical strategy and delivery plans insupport of functional strategic objectives in partnership withleadership
· Direct execution of deliverables of the projectteams and ensure that change and project governance isadhered to
· Oversee the scoping, design and delivery ofprograms including developing delivery strategies
· Design and deliver customer service solutions,systems and interactions aligned to Organisational values andservice standards that build the brand
· Monitor actual project progress and resolve issuesspeedily to enhance effective client service delivery
· Design integrated programme plans, identifyresources for execution purposes, implement, identifyrisks and apply associated project
· Foster a strategic image of companycapability
· This is a customer facing role working withinternal teams and external customers, working at clientsites from time to time
· Typically involves extensive interaction withsales, solution architects, product development, and othermembers of cross-functional teams
· Projects are typically focused on the delivery ofnew or enhanced products to achieve customer satisfactionthrough realization of business benefits
· Improve tools and methods and share learning andbest practices.

Requirements

· Extensive experience within the Utility environmentwith a deep understanding of Utility Software, Meteringtechnologies and Solutions
· 5 years or more of experience in leading teams oftechnical/solutions experts.
· Bachelor's degree in related technical field (Engineering)
· Working knowledge of MS Projects is required
· Willingness to travel
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills withaptitude for building relationships with professionals at allorganizational levels
· Problem solving and negotiation skills
· Structured and well organised
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure
· Must also be able to coordinate communication andencourage collaboration across the programme
· Able to be flexible in terms of working hours andtravel as the projects require
