Regional Sales Manager Africa (French Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales Strategy
   

   
   
   
   

   • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Francophone African markets.
     

   
   

   • Identify new leads, partners, and channels for IT solutions and services.
     

   
   

   • Build strong, sustainable client relationships through consultative selling and value-based engagement.
     

   
   



2. Market Expansion
   

   
   
   
   

   • Explore and penetrate new territories within French-speaking African countries.
     

   
   

   • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and pricing.
     

   
   

   • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events in the region.
     

   
   



3. Account Management
   

   
   
   
   

   • Manage key client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
     

   
   

   • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the IT product and service portfolio.
     

   
   

   • Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
     

   
   



4. Sales Operations & Reporting
   

   
   
   
   

   • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and activity reports to senior leadership.
     

   
   

   • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure alignment on go-to-market efforts.
     

   
   

   • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and regional legal requirements.
