Responsibilities

Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results driven environment.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue growth objectives.
Oversee customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and addressing any concerns.
Provide expert guidance to your team on pricing, quotations, and technical matters.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Manage customer allocations and ensure efficient customer segmentation.
Collaborate with the Technical department to resolve customer and technical issues.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Diploma in Business Management/Sales or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership within the Coatings Services industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
Strong understanding of the coatings industry and market dynamics.
Deep knowledge of refinish technology and technical requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate conflict effectively.
