REGIONAL SALES MANAGER OTC & CONSUMER DIVISIONMale candidate Preferred: Manage and achieve allocated sales budgets through effective leadership of sales team through various sales activities and promotional drives, via the Pharmacy, Wholesaler and Corporate Regional channels. This will be achieved within the expense budgets allocated Develop and grow business for the entire product portfolio within the Consumer division and to build relationships with Key Clients, including Regional, Store & Health Managers through the pharmacy channels, in line with company objectives. Align the Divisions activities to achieve Companys strategic goals. Ensure attainment of quantitative criteria e.g. divisional budgets and sales budgets etc. Propose and develop methods of improving customer service on a continuous basis. Monitor and follow up on all customer queries and ensure that they are resolved in the shortest possible timeframe within policy framework. Effective use of and distribution of various data to achieve set targets within agreed deadlines. Manage the relationship with Key Accounts/Brand Managers and all internal partners. Leading, guiding and developing sales reps to attain company sales budgets. Customer relationship building. Matric, Sales/Marketing qualification will be an advantage. Minimum 3-5 years sales management experience Minimum 5 years Consumer Health experience Must have a proven track record of coaching and leading team/s. Must be proficient in MS Office.
