Relocate to Dubai Professional Driver

Our client has been offering exclusive chauffeured limousine services to their clients in Dubai since September 2023. They pride themselves with offering the best solutions to satisfy all of your travel requirements.

Role Overview

Our client is looking for responsible, reliable, and presentable drivers to join their professional transportation team. You will be responsible for transporting passengers as per assignments via mobile applications including Yango, Uber, Bolt, and Careem.

You will drive premium vehicles such as GMC Yukon, Tesla Model Y and Model 3, Hyundai Azera, among others. All ride categories are available to drivers.

Job Type: Full time/Permanent

Location: Dubai

Rotational shifts include: 12/12 shifts, Independent shifts, Additional or altered shift types may be implemented based on company policy and operational needs.

Office Attendance: Mandatory weekly visit to the office (Al Barsha 1) to: Present vehicle and personal appearance for inspection, Hand over collected cash payments, Additional office visits may be requested depending on the amount of cash received.

Requirements

• Must reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Dubai before starting work.
• Minimum of 5 years’ driving experience.
• Proficiency in English (required).
• Valid Driver’s License – Must possess a valid and clean driving license (minimum 3 month before expire)
• Age – minimum age must be 28 y.o. and maximum 40 y.o..
• Good Driving Record – No history of major traffic violations or accidents.
• Physical Fitness – Must be physically fit and able to lift moderate loads when required.
• Punctuality and Reliability – Strong time management skills and a reliable work ethic.
• Navigation Skills – Ability to use GPS, Google maps, YanGo maps and follow routes efficiently.
• Basic Vehicle Maintenance Knowledge – Ability to perform basic checks (oil, tires, lights) and report issues.
• Clean Appearance and Professionalism – Presentable, courteous, and professional at all times.
• Flexibility – Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, or overtime if required

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Keep the assigned vehicle immaculately clean and in excellent condition, in line with premium service expectations.
• Begin each shift punctually and complete it without delay.
• Accept and execute all incoming ride orders, strictly adhering to passenger transport guidelines.
• Obey all traffic laws and regulations.
• Provide high-quality, courteous service to all clients.

Compensation

• Pay structure: Basic salary plus commission (% of income).
• Note: Basic salary is included within the commission.
• Commission model: Gradient system – the higher the earnings, the higher the percentage share.

Deductions

All fines incurred during work are the driver’s responsibility, including: Traffic fines,Fines from RTA, police, or other authorities
