The Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant

This is a full 360 recruitment role focused on developing new business, managing client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and driving revenue growth. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to placement, with a strong focus on generating vacancies and building long-term client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and win new business within the Print & Packaging sector


• Identify and approach potential clients through proactive business development


• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers


• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to placement


• Source, interview, and qualify candidates for permanent opportunities


• Negotiate terms of business and placement fees


• Maintain and grow existing client accounts


• Use LinkedIn, CRM systems, networking, referrals, and market intelligence to generate leads

About You

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role


• Strong sales and business development background


• Demonstrable track record of opening doors and bringing on new clients


• Experience within Print, Packaging, Manufacturing, or Industrial recruitment preferred


• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills


• Commercially aware and target-driven


• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic


• Able to manage the full recruitment process independently


• Professional, consultative, and credible with clients and candidates
